PHASE 1 | CONCEPT
Initial Development
Our first meeting is all about listening. We ask thoughtful questions to understand your vision, design preferences, lifestyle needs-and most importantly, you. We also discuss the scope, anticipated budget, and timeline. Our goal is to get to know you, so we can create a home that feels personal, functional, and truly yours.
Schematic Design
Drawing from everything we’ve learned-your lifestyle, goals, and the architectural plans-we craft a thoughtful design concept. This includes furniture layouts, samples of finishes, paint, flooring, and fabrics to give you a clear and inspiring overview of the direction we’re headed.
PHASE 2 | CONSTRUCTION
Construction Material Selections
As the design process progresses, we collaborate closely with the client, architect, and contractor to identify all necessary construction elements. This includes selecting materials for flooring, walls, ceilings, lighting, kitchens, bathrooms, and fireplaces. We also assist with plumbing fixtures and custom millwork to ensure cohesion throughout the home.
Architectural Directions
With the final selections approved, we complete detailed AutoCad drawings and material schedules. All documentation is compiled into a customized Specification Binder, which is shared with the client and contractor to guide the construction process with clarity and precision.
PHASE 3 | DESIGN
Interior Design Selections
From our curated list of trusted craftsmen and manufacturers, we select all interior furnishings and present a comprehensive design package-from upholstery and window treatments to lighting and accessories. We guide you through each selection, considering scale, proportion, finish, and aesthetic to ensure every detail feels just right.
Approval, Ordering & Warehousing
All selections are uploaded to your personalized online account, where you can view proposed items and track orders. Our team confirms pricing and lead times, then arranges delivery to our warehouse, where each piece is carefully inspected, catalogued, and stored in preparation for installation.
PHASE 4 | INSTALL
Installation
Once construction is complete and the home has undergone a final clean, installation begins. This phase typically takes 1 to 2 weeks and includes hanging window treatments, laying rugs, placing furnishings, making beds, installing art, and styling accessories-ensuring every detail is thoughtfully in place.
Home Reveal
Our white glove installation ensures a smooth, thoughtful move-in experience. We begin with a walk-through alongside the client, designers, contractor, and architect, then gather for a celebratory toast to welcome you into your beautifully finished home.
